A 43-year-old woman lodged a police report after suspecting that her daughter was offering sexual services on Telegram.

She said she found out on 15 September, when one of her other daughters told her about it while she was at home in Jerteh, Terengganu.

Her daughter is a 15-year-old student

The single mother, who works as a cleaner, later went to the police station in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan, to lodge the report, according to Harian Metro.

She said her eldest daughter had told her that her 15-year-old sister was offering sexual services, allegedly giving the first one for free.

According to the mother, her sixth child out of seven siblings only started charging from the second session onwards.

Investigations are still in progress

The girl and her siblings have reportedly been living with their father in Pasir Puteh since their parents split up a decade ago.

Kelantan police chief Datuk Mohd Yusoff Mamat confirmed the case, adding that investigations are still underway.

A source said the mother was shocked to learn that her daughter, still a secondary school student, had already been involved with several men.

“She filed the report so police could step in and take further action,” the source added.
