Polygamy has been a hot topic in Malaysia recently, thanks in part to several stories of local influencers secretly tying the knot a second time.
Of course, like many other issues in the country, the public is divided on the matter, with many people having varying opinions depending on their points of view.
Speaking of which, this married Malaysian man’s opinion on the matter has got to be one of the most hilarious out there and something that most women would agree with.
Going viral on TikTok with over 4.6 million views, the man was featured in a street interview inside a mall by @eziejoelyrk, whereby he was asked by the latter what his opinion on polygamy is.
Furthermore, he was asked that question on camera right in front of his wife, so his answer could’ve led him to sleep in the living room that night.
In the video, as the question was asked, the man’s wife can be seen laughing on the right of the screen and attentively waiting for her husband’s answer.
The man then shared that he’s a former commando who has been retired for over 16 years. He then asserted,
“For me, I am more interested in cars than a new wife. That’s why I have just one wife but have an Alphard, a Mercedes and now a BMW.”
He further shared that a polygamous relationship will only cause headaches, so it’s better to have interests in something else.
The man then left the interview with a grin on his face while catching up with his wife who had left while laughing once she heard about her husband preferring cars.

In the comments, many Malaysians were amused by the man’s answer and praised him for being loyal to his wife.
One commenter praised the former commando, saying that he’s a true gentleman, while another said that he has a smart mindset
