Certain things are not meant to be done publicly. But what about wiping off your sweat? For this anonymous Malaysian man, it is embarrassing for him whenever his partner publicly wipes off her armpit sweat. 

In an anonymous confession shared by MY (Malaysia)’s Facebook page, the man ranted about how his girlfriend left him speechless as the latter often wipes off her underarm sweat publicly with tissues. 

“She sweats easily. 10 minutes into excercising, her shirt will be soaking wet as if she just came out of the sea.”

He said that despite his partner’s constant sweating, he considered himself lucky as his girlfriend always dresses up, and is as beautiful as Dilraba (a Chinese actress). Not only that but his partner also has a good attitude.

However, her tendency to wipe off her underarm sweat in public grinds his gears.

“The only thing I can’t accept his how casual she tends to wipe off her armpit sweats publicly in the crowds.”

“Not in front of my relatives, please”

Her act of cleaning her underarm does not just happen out in public as the man said his partner finds the tendency to do the same while talking to his relatives, which happened during Chinese New Year in the past.

Obviously, that did not sit well with the man as he had to go through his family’s judgment.

“OMG, my family laughed at me! My girlfriend is really a nice person, but this habit of her really irks me!”

His girlfriend, however, told him that wiping off underarm sweat publicly is only a petty matter that he cannot stop overthinking.

“Underarm sweat, or wipe it off? Your choice.”

The confession post gained much attention from fellow Malaysians who were shocked by how petty the matter turned out to be, and most of them agreed that his partner’s act is nothing but a common reflex action.

“That’s fine. I fart in front of my husband a lot, I don’t even know if he secretly talks about me on confession pages.”

“If she doesn’t wipe the sweat off, her underarm will be sweaty. They might even drip. Are you okay with that,” said another user.

A netizen joked and said that he should’ve cleaned her underarm sweat by licking it away.

“Wanna try doing the same in front of her relatives but wiping off the sweats around your inner thighs? The same concept, men do sweat a lot at that part, and it’s common to clean your sweat.”

Meanwhile, a netizen pointed out that instead of venting his emotion, he should’ve brought his partner for a botox injection which may prevent the sweat from excreting easily.

“If my girlfriend looks like Dilraba, I’ll clean her underarm sweat publicly. Can I see a picture of your girlfriend?”
