In his latest video, he revealed that you can now make your own pavlova only with the help of your air fryer.

In his 1-minute cooking show, he shares: “Start with two egg whites and beat them along with half a cup of caster sugar, fold in sugar, a spoon of corn flour and a small spoon of vanilla.”
“Whisk them until it has a shiny sheen to it. And make sure that it does not fall when you turn it upside down.”
Now, here comes the fun part.
“Line your air fryer with a baking sheet, and bake it at 100°C, for 50 minutes.”
“Adjust until it stiffens up.”
“For garnishing, take a box of cold whipping cream, add a spoon of caster sugar and start whisking.”
He then put on strawberry jam and more garnishing. Voila, the pavlova is done.
“The pavlova tastes amazing, as if it is store bought.”
