Malaysian host tells Fan Bingbing that Melaka is very lucky to have her as an ambassador
Malaysian host and radio DJ Emely Poon had the luxury of welcoming Bingbing back, and in Emely’s Instagram video, Bingbing revealed that she took a lot of photos in Melaka, but this time, she got to enjoy the fireworks and drone performances, too.
Bingbing, who was seen in the traditional Nyonya outfit, was told by Emely about how lucky Malaysians are to have the Chinese celebrity as the Melaka ambassador.
“I think Malaysia, especially Melaka, is very lucky to have you as our spokesperson.”

Fan Bingbing’s classy response to the statement
The Chinese actress, however, had a simple response to that.
“No, it’s a blessing for both parties.”
Bingbing also admitted that the feeling is different every time she returns to Malaysia, with many different surprises in store for her. She also spent some time filming Mother Bhumi in Kedah, and the movie was not only shortlisted for the Tokyo International Film Festival, but also nominated for 8 different category awards, including Best Actress.

Fan Bingbing was conferred with a Datukship on 24 August this year, and she vowed to bring more good stories to Melaka, as well as her continuous contributions to Melaka.
