We’ve heard many horror stories where bosses mistreat their employees and exploit them to the bone.

However, this video that has gone viral on TikTok is the opposite, where the employer actually appreciates all that his employees have done for him.

In a 4-minute clip uploaded on TikTok by Faris Azri Choii, he says that he brought his staff over to the Johor Premium Outlets.

There, he grouped them all in front of the Coach store and announced that he would be buying his staff things from the store.

They all leapt and screamed with joy, and some of them even lifted the boss in excitement.

Faris explained that his staff had worked hard in the past year and that he would like to show his appreciation for their efforts by buying them things from the luxury store.

Each one of them has a maximum spending of RM2,500, and the employer also brought his parents and sister to the store.

After they were done, Faris gathered them all up at the front of the store to give a short speech.

“I bought this all for you to appreciate you guys. I spent almost RM100k here but the value here is not important. The most important thing here is your efforts. Thank you so much.”

Many netizens said that Faris was a good boss for appreciating his employees’ efforts.

“The next best boss after Khairul Aming.”

“Do you have any vacancies? I want a boss as good as this as well,” commented a user.
