It’s pretty common for pregnant women to have weird cravings for certain foods when they are expecting, and sometimes, it may be for rather odd combinations of food that can be hard to get. Their loved ones usually try their best to help them satisfy these cravings and recently, one husband posted a rather amusing video of his parents chasing after a Milo van down a Kuantan highway because his pregnant wife really wanted a cup of that chocolate malt goodness.

According to a Twitter user, Azmer Merzam, who posted the video of the incident, “My pregnant wife had cravings for the Milo van drink so when my parents bumped into one on the road, they chased after the vehicle!”

As anyone who has tried both the Milo van drink and the normal Milo we make ourselves, you would know very well that somehow, the one that they give out from the vans just tastes so much better! You know what we mean! Even people with no particular cravings wouldn’t say no to a cup of that yummy beverage so it’s pretty understandable that Azmer’s wife wanted to drink some herself.

In the 1-minute and 43-second video, the parents try their best to stop the Milo van in front of them and finally, they managed to flag it down. The van stops at the side of the road and Azmer’s mother gets down from the car to talk to the driver. She explains the predicament to the kind driver but unfortunately, he is unable to help as the Milo in the van was not ready yet.

However, he manages to give Azmer’s mother tips about several locations that were likely to be serving fresh Milo from the van. In the thread, he said that his wife has had a craving for Milo ever since she was in the second month of her pregnancy, and she is now in her eighth month.

“She drinks Milo every day and has drunk every kind of Milo available except for the one from the Milo van,” he said. Azmer explained that his thoughtful parents did this of their own accord as they wanted to help their daughter-in-law and she has never asked them to do it.

He said that he was touched by his parents’ thoughtfulness and netizens who saw the post agreed. The post has since gone viral with over 33,000 retweets. Many netizens praised the parents and said that they could really see that they love their daughter-in-law and their unborn grandchild.
