While many often travel to various parts of the globe to find beauty and tranquillity, Malaysians often forget about some of the most enchanting places that are just as stunning right at home.

Recently, Malaysian TikTok user @izwanxyz made the daunting climb of Mount Kinabalu in Sabah. Reaching heights that only a few have in their lifetime, Izwan captured a moment during his pit stop that has been making waves across the platform.

Sharing the moment on his TikTok page, Izwan, who was sitting on a rock while resting during his climb, caught a glimpse of the captivating surroundings. With lush green skies and white clouds that resemble that of cotton candy, the breathtaking view included a series of other hills in the distance.

Gleaming with calmness, the video exudes nothing but peace and solitude.

Amazed by the surroundings, many people were eclipsed by the beauty of Mount Kinabalu, saying the views were absolutely spectacular. Others recounted similar memories, as they had climbed the mountain in the past.

You took healing to different heights brother, it’ll be difficult to join you,” joked one user.
