A 27-year-old Royal Malaysian Air Force (TUDM) personnel has been missing since August 24. He had been attending a Vehicle Transport Supervisor Course at the TUDM’s Institute of Material Management Training (INSMAT) in Bandar Kinrara, Selangor, and participants were allowed to return home on August 22.
They were instructed to report back on August 25, but he never showed up. His course supervisor then lodged a police report that same day.

He was found at his girlfriend’s condominium
In the latest update, the missing Senior Aircraftman was found yesterday (August 3) around 1:30 PM at a condominium in Ampang Jaya, Selangor, according to Sinar Harian.
Serdang District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Muhamad Farid Ahmad, said Muhammad Ammar was with his girlfriend at her condo unit when police tracked him down.
“A team from the Serdang District Police Headquarters (IPD) carried out a check at the location after receiving information, and that’s where they found him,” he said.

He went into hiding out of fear
Muhamad Farid said the man had been staying at the house since August 23, admitting he went into hiding out of fear after getting into a hit-and-run.
“He claimed he was afraid after being involved in a hit-and-run incident with a military officer’s car,” Muhamad Farid said.
He added that police are now gathering more details from Muhammad Ammar about his disappearance.
“Following this discovery, Serdang District Police would like to thank everyone who came forward with information that helped us track him down,” he said.
