A 15-year-old intellectually challenged girl has been missing for quite some time now.

According to a report by China Press, the girl, Tee Sila, and her cousin had gone out to watch a lion dance performance on the 8th day of Chinese New Year (Wednesday, February 5).

During the performance, she informed her cousin that she urgently needed to use the washroom but never came back.

Tee Sila, who has short black hair, was last seen at Bandar Lama, Kuala Lipis, Pahang. She was wearing a white top and yellow pants. She also suffers from an intellectual disability.

Her mother shared that her daughter and her 9-year-old cousin had left to watch a lion dance performance outside a shop at Bandar Lama, Kuala Lipis, at around 12:30pm on Wednesday (February 5).

Her daughter then left in the middle of the performance to head to a washroom. She had informed her cousin first before going but never returned.

“I was so anxious that I looked for her everywhere.”

She first searched for her daughter in every place she might go but did not find her anywhere. With no other option, she made a police report and called on relatives and friends to post a missing person’s notice online.

“So far, I have not received any news about Sila. I am really worried about her safety. I hope everyone can help me find her whereabouts,” she added.

Should you have any information in regards to Tee Sila, you can contact her mother, Ms. Zheng, at 011-59728211.
