Multi-award winning Malaysian actress, Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh, is finally getting immortalised as the star that she is, with a star!
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has officially announced the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2024, who among them are actors and musicians who will be receiving their star on the historic landmark in California, United States (US).
According to the Hollywood Walk of Fame official website, Michelle Yeoh has been named under the category of Motion Picture alongside Gal Gadot, Kevin Feige, Chris Pine and the late great Chadwick Boseman.
“The Selection Committee which is made up of fellow Walk of Famers, carefully hand-picks a group of honorees each year that represents various genres of the entertainment world.”
“The Committee did an amazing job choosing these very talented people. We can’t wait to see each honoree’s reaction as they realise that they are becoming a part of Hollywood history with the unveiling of their star on the world’s most famous walkway,” shared Committee Chairperson and Walk of Famer, Ellen K.
