There are two kinds of people. Those who like eating their french fries plain and those who drench their fries completely in chili sauce or ketchup. If you’re part of the latter group, you would usually get your order with some extra sauce to go. After all, it’s free right?

Recently, a vendor from Shopee went viral after it was discovered that they were selling McDonald’s condiment packets on the platform for RM0.20 to RM0.45 each! Yes, you read that right.

A seller called Office_STE.my is selling McDonald’s tomato and chilli sauce sachets on the online shopping site and has garnered over 866 buyers so far! The tomato sauce packets are priced at RM0.20 to RM0.25 each whereas the chilli sauce packets are being sold for RM0.45 each.

Under the product description, the vendor said, “fussy buyer please do not make any purchase”. All the sauce packets are due to expire in 2021 but it seems like that hasn’t stopped Malaysians and their insatiable appetite for McDonald’s sauces.

Customers who gave their review of the product were extremely satisfied with their purchase and rated the seller with five stars each. In fact, the sauce packets are so high in demand that there are only 164 pieces left.

Nonetheless, the vendors said that they do not sell the packets in bulk, and if you want to make a purchase, you’ll have to contact them first.

How do you guys like your fries? If you’re sauce-crazy, would you consider buying these packets? Let us know what you think in the comments!
