During the festive season, many tend to love spending their time outdoors with their loved ones while checking out the decorations and festivities.
Though, sadly, this Christmas, people were treated to an unbecoming sight in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
The SECURITY22 TikTok page shared multiple videos of a massive crowd outside of the McDonald’s in Bukit Bintang, as they trashed the city centre and dowsed passersby with silly string and snow spray. At one point, the police had to break the crowd up, leaving the space completely littered.
This incident allegedly took place in the days leading up to Christmas.
In the videos, a massive crowd, presumably foreigners, could be seen gathering and partying at Bukit Bintang. Many of them were spraying passersby with silly string and fake snow spray as they tried to shield themselves from it.
Soon after, the police showed up to control the crowd and as they started dispersing, massive amounts of rubbish could be seen on the ground.
Some netizens even took the time to point out that local Christians would not celebrate that way as they would either be at church or at home with their families.
