A neighbour heard someone screaming for help

The police got a report from a 47-year-old man who said he heard one of his neighbours screaming for help because a man was trying to abduct her child.

Mohd Hafiz said the complainant rushed over to his neighbour’s house and saw an unknown man running away.

He added that the complainant and some other residents chased after the guy and caught up with him near a rubbish disposal site, leading to a scuffle.
