Every city in Malaysia has its very own unique traits. But when a city is put on the map for its funny features, we couldn’t NOT share them with our readers.

Twitter user @RichardKer shared 14 photos that made Cyberjaya stand out from the rest of the cities. Hailing from Cyberjaya himself, Richard states that these photos are the reason why Cyberjaya is so special.

1. Horses also craving for McD’s

Recently this photo of about 5 people riding horses to get their McDonalds fix went viral on all social media platforms. The photos were shared by the 3S Equestrian Cyberjaya horse riding centre on Facebook.

Although this drew a lot of criticisms. Yikes!

2. “Watchu lookin at” Gangster Kitty Cat

A cool white cat can be seen sitting in a car casually like a gangster having a staring competition.

This photo was taken and shared by Richard himself with the caption “the only gangsta in Cybertown”. The cat was clearly giving him the looks!

3. No-nonsense security guard clamps police car

A police car that was parked illegally in front of a restaurant had its tyre clamped by a no-nonsense security officer.

According to Richard, this photo was taken at CBD Perdana in Cyberjaya.

4. If you can’t go to the restaurant, bring the restaurant to your car

Early this year Padi House Restaurant in Cyberjaya went viral for providing “dine in car” services to their customers during MCO. Diners were thrilled to enjoy their favourite dishes from the safety of their cars.

Customers would order from laminated menus through the vehicle windows. Each set meal came with a customised tray that fits the narrow space between the driver seat and steering wheel. How cool right!

5. Ohbike where art thou?

oBike that was first launched in 2017 seems to be missing in action now…but the signs are still around. Maybe in memoriam?

Richard’s caption mischievously reads, “Arwah dulu o-baik orangnya. oBike graveyard. RIP.”

6. Briyani Rhapsody

An employee who works at Chennai Spice Restaurant in Cyberjaya looks exactly like Freddie Mercury. A photo of him surfaced and went viral on social media.

7. Would a 3rd sign work perhaps?

Management in Paragon residences is fed up with its residence getting confused between a trolley and a rubbish dump.

Even after two blaringly obvious signs, residence are still confused!

Richard commented that “maybe they need a third reminder”.

8. “Kucing berlari terlanggar cermin”

A 24-hour bookstore decided to do a little bit of awareness of its new giant shop.

However what was meant to be serious business turned into a funny one due to an innocent caption. Check out the caption in the image below:

But hey, they did get the publicity after all!

9. CyberPang

Richard shared this photo of the Cyberjaya sign on a hill that was covered by some trees.

He labels it “Cyberjaya’s own version of Cyberpunk 2020“. For those who do not know, Cyberpunk is a tabletop role-playing game in the dystopian science fiction genre.

10. Cyber-pythons are more deadly

So this is how pythons usually look like right?

11. When life gives you arrows, go all ways

Richard has shared this photo that was initially posted by Twitter user @ElmiElmo. Elmi posted this yesterday with the caption “Celaka, aku banyak benda nak fikir ni, traffic light Cyber ni bagi aku teka-teki pulak.”

Which way would you go if you were given such difficult life choices? Would making a U-turn make you a coward? Hmmm…

12. Mootimedia Super Cowridor (MSC)

Cyberjaya’s very own street petting zoo. But no, don’t pet them though!

Do you think these cows are friends with the horses from list No. 1?

13. Meowtimedia University

MMU has a new student and its name is Jumaat with ID No. 1191000001. As usual the management was very efficient in giving the student his lanyard and tag.

Scroll down for the face reveal.

14. East or west Cyberjaya South is the best

Just like how Kg Kerinchi is now given an atas name, Bangsar South, Dengkil followed suit and is now known as Cyberjaya South.

Someone who is annoyed took to Twitter to rant.

In the comments section of this same post on Richard’s Facebook page, a netizen also shared another photo that he snapped in Cyberjaya. The netizen says, “May I add flying car spotted in Neo Cyber few years back?”
