The Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (MAIWP) is proud to announce the return of the MAIWP Run 2026, scheduled to take place on 8 February 2026 at the iconic Dataran Putrajaya. This annual event continues to promote a healthy lifestyle and community spirit, offering categories for elite runners and families alike.

The MAIWP Run 2026 features four main distances to cater to all fitness levels:
- 21KM Half Marathon: Flag off at 4.30 AM (4-hour cut-off)
- 10KM Race: Flag off at 6.30 AM (2-hour cut-off)
- 5KM Fun Run & 3KM Family Run: Flag off at 7.30 AM (1-hour cut-off)
Competitive Prizes and Categories
With a total prize pool reaching thousands of Ringgit, the competition is expected to be fierce. Top prizes for the 21KM Men & Women Open categories reach RM900 for first place, with cash prizes extending down to the 5th position for all competitive brackets. All finishers from 1st to 10th place will receive a winner’s medal.

Registration and Fees
Participants can take advantage of tiered pricing, with special rates for early birds:
- Super Early Bird: Until 31 December 2025 (Starting from RM35)
- Early Bird: 1–20 January 2026
- Normal Fee: 21–31 January 2026

Race Kit Collection (RKC)
Registered participants must collect their race kits at the following locations:
- 5 February: Decathlon Petaling Jaya (11.00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 6–7 February: Auditorium Tun Azizan, Perbadanan Putrajaya (11.00 AM – 7.00 PM)
Note: Participants must bring their NRIC/Passport and confirmation slip for collection.
More Than Just a Race
Beyond the finish line, participants stand a chance to win spectacular prizes in the Grand Lucky Draw, including a motorcycle, bicycles, smartphones, and home appliances. Every finisher will also be awarded a uniquely designed MAIWP Run 2026 commemorative medal featuring the Putrajaya skyline.
