There’s this common misconception that dogs are loyal while cats are aloof and unfriendly. However, truth is, both these animals are extremely loyal, it’s just that, you need to earn a cat’s trust before they form a lifelong bond with you. Make no mistake, once they find out they love you, cattos will be ready to meet you anywhere.

A cat’s loyalty is truly shown in this post by Hazylynn Nozi who shared the heartbreaking bond her cat, Nana and her late father shared. The post shared in Kelab Pencinta Kucing Malaysia tells of Nana who never failed to visit Hazylynn’s father’s grave even two years after his passing.

“he reached earlier than his own children and was even waiting for us. Sorry, abah. ”

Hazylnn added that her father’s grave was located behind a mosque that’s right behind their house. Her family members know that Nana visits the grave every day when they noticed that his legs are moist from the dew when he comes back home in the morning searching for food.

She ended her post by saying that let Nana serve as a lesson for all of us to always do good unto others even if that “other” is a cat.

Nana has truly touched all our hearts with his loyalty. In these days filled with selfish and cruel people who torture animals for no reason, just know that in return, these animals love us unconditionally. All they ask for in return is just a little bit of love and care, is that too much?
