Just 2 months ago, @florencepugh was reported to be in Malaysia filming scenes for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie Thunderbolts.
Florence’s sister, @arabellavox, even posted a photo on Instagram with the iconic Twin Towers in the background, tagging Florence in the post, which raised a lot of eyebrows among Malaysians.
A trailer from San Diego Comic-Con was leaked!
In a previous post, @thunderbnews mentioned that Florence’s visit was speculated to involve filming a scene where a character jumps off Kuala Lumpur’s Merdeka 118.
Building on that rumour, they recently shared another update that will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat!
While the official trailer hasn’t been released yet, a leaked video from the San Diego Comic-Con 2024, where the trailer was shown to attendees, has surfaced online.

Shared by @thunderbnews on X, the leaked trailer shows a character jumping off what appears to be the Merdeka 118 skyscraper, with a brief shot of the top of the tower which looks strikingly similar to the world’s second-tallest building, if you ask us.
We don’t want to jump to conclusions, but according to IMDb, Malaysia is listed as one of the filming locations, with a note that reads,
“Jumping from the tower scene”
