South Koreans have recently been going crazy on social media over this mukbang star’s chiselled body.
The online star, who goes by the name BANZZ, has over 1.4 million YouTube subscribers. He shocked his followers this past weekend when he uploaded shirtless photos of himself on Instagram.

This comes as a huge surprise given the fact that his job involves filming himself eating ridiculously large servings of food usually meant for 3 people. So, it’s understandable why many people thought he wouldn’t have such a healthy-looking muscular body.

Well, the online star reportedly spends between 6 to 10 hours exercising, which includes 3-5 hours of aerobics and 1-2 hours of weightlifting and eats tonnes of chicken breasts in order to maintain his ideal weight of 70 kilograms.
