Once a PPV and date have been picked, you will be notified of your vaccination time on MySejahtera or via SMS. The PPVs designated for AZ are: UM, UKM, World Trade Centre KL and IDCC Shah Alam. Khairy, in his tweet also reminded that this will be the only way to opt-in for the AstraZeneca vaccine and the rumours of certain hospitals to take bookings is untrue. He also said,
“This AstraZeneca opt-in is open to 268,000 people initially on a first click, first served basis in the website for KL & Selangor residents. If successful, JKJAVMY will roll out to other states pending further deliveries of AstraZeneca.”
The first vaccine appointment will begin on 5 May. So are you going to opt-in for the AstraZeneca vaccine or will you be waiting for your turn through the current vaccine roll-out?
