The groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by the esteemed YAB Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Aminuddin, Chief Minister of Negeri Sembilan. He was joined by notable dignitaries including Dato’ Haji Mat Hassan Esa, Chairman of Kuala Lumpur Metro Group; Dato’ Low Tak Fatt, Managing Director of Kuala Lumpur Metro Group; Dato’ Yap Chuan Thai, Executive Director of Kuala Lumpur Metro Group; and Dato’ Prof. Mandy Chew Siok Cheng, President of Lexis Hotel Group.

Building on the success of its predecessor, Lexis Hibiscus 2 aims to exceed expectations, reinforcing Port Dickson’s status as a premier destination for tourism, luxury vacations and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) events, attracting both domestic and international visitors. This five-star resort is expected to attract 1.1 million tourists annually, with about half of these visitors coming from overseas.
