All districts in Selangor are currently classified under red or yellow zones following a recent infographic shared by the Ministry of Health (MOH).

In yesterday’s (25 October) live KKM update, 88 new Covid-19 cases were recorded in Selangor, including one case in Sabak Bernam. The district with the highest number of reported cases is Petaling, which recorded an additional 28 cases yesterday.

Of the 88 cases reported yesterday, 34 cases were from existing clusters. Five new cases were recorded from new clusters, including the Mentari Cluster. 28 cases were reported from close contact screening of Covid-19 positive patients while 21 cases were reported from Covid-19 filters.

Noor Hisham Abdullah 12 Compressed Final 1

Malaysia recorded a total of 823 new cases and 8 deaths yesterday. Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that the current CMCO which started on 14 October and is set to end tomorrow (27 October) in Selangor, KL, and Putrajaya may be extended if numbers continue to rise.

What do you guys think of this? Should the CMCO be extended?
