KKM: 111 Positive New Cases, 107 Local & 4 Imported, Sabah Still Remains As Highest-Recorded For Covid-19 Cases

Based on the Covid-19 update from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, there are 111 new cases as of today (25 September), bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 10,576. From those numbers, a total of 9,666 patients have been cured and discharged.

Thankfully, there are no newly reported deaths or clusters today, leaving the number of casualties at 133.

Out of the 111 new cases reported today, 107 cases are local transmissions and 4 cases are imported. Sabah remains as the state with the highest number of recorded Covid-19 cases with 97 positive infections. 74 of these are from the Bangau-bangau cluster and 13 are cases are from the Benteng cluster.

Meanwhile, Kedah recorded eight cases including seven from Sungai cluster. Pahang now has one local positive infection and one import cluster in Johor.
