Many Malaysian netizens believe that simulating a kidnapping might scar the kids but it is a lesson that they need to learn.

“This is good. Because children are more aware of things that they see rather than what we say.”

“Letting them cry is better than us crying. It’s not about scaring them but more so about letting them understand. This is a good idea.”

Kidnapping Simulation 3

“This is traumatic for the children but it’s something they will remember even when they grow up. Believe that.”

Others praised the bravery of the boy in orange.

“The boy in the orange shirt should be the class monitor.”

“The boy in orange is a protective brother.”

Both children and adults are susceptible to kidnappings, so make sure that everyone in your family is aware of stranger danger.
