A Porche driver displayed an act of kindness when he decided to charge only S$1 (RM3) to a taxi driver who knocked his car.
On 13th February, Fed Wu shared in a Facebook post that he got into an accident with a taxi driver and his car suffered some scratches.
However, he said that the taxi driver was calm and admitted to the mistake without starting any arguments.
They then exchanged contact details to discuss the payment for the repairs.
The taxi driver immediately transferred S$200 (about RM600) to the Porsche driver, according to screenshots of the conversation. However, the Porsche driver said that he managed to repair his car at a cheaper price.
He then told the taxi driver that he understands being a taxi driver is “hard and high risk” and decided to refund the taxi driver some of the money.
So, he transferred S$199 (RM593) back to the taxi driver and provided a screenshot of the bank transfer.
The taxi driver thanked the Porsche driver and agreed that times are hard, but he still needs to make a living.
Here’s the original Facebook post:

How kind of the Porsche driver to not charge the taxi driver for his car repairs. We need more kindness like this in the world today.
