Nurul Izzah of Pakatan Harapan has lost the Permatang Pauh seat.
She secured an impressive 22,918 votes but was defeated by Ustaz Muhammad Fawwaz of Perikatan Nasional who got 28,908 votes.
That’s a majority of 5,990 votes.
