For the love of chips!

As a wife, it means a lot when Mr Right does everything he can to keep her happy. After a hectic day at work, the wife usually has to rush home and make sure dinner is served before the family is starved. The least we can do as men is to fulfil the wishes of our other halves, but how far would you go to see the smile on her face?

Recently, in Japan, a wife told her husband that she felt like “eating all kinds of chips”. We’ve no idea if the wife was just joking or if she indeed was craving chips. Regardless,  her husband began his “chips hunt”, and it didn’t take long for him to return home with 4 huge plastic bags of potato chips, consisting of different brands and flavours!

The wife, who is also a painter has been taking care of the children at home, and all she wanted was a good rest before expressing her desires for “all kinds of chips”. Little did she know, her husband took it seriously and immediately went to the nearby supermarket to fix her cravings.

Based on the receipts, the sweet husband spent a total of JPY4614 (approximately RM146) on the potato chips alone. 32 packs of potato chips were purchased during the trip.

The wife said that ever since they returned from their recent holiday, she has been working 7 days a week. Her duty of looking after the children has not made things any easier for her, and fortunately, her husband understands that. The happy wife has since shared her experience on her Twitter account.

Hopefully, the couple will take it easy on the chips and not finish them immediately. One thing is for sure, they need not worry about their movie snacks in the foreseeable future!

Fellow men, how far would you go to make your women happy?
