Like its name, the restaurant is located at the back of a small alleyway in Ampang. Everything on the menu is handmade, including the pasta. The crowd-favourite is their Squid Ink Tagliolini Carbonara. They also serve other Italian dishes like Charred Cauliflower with Pesto Diavolo and Pecorino Romano.
Though the menu may seem limited, all their food is finessed to perfection to give you a taste of authentic Italian cuisine. They also like to introduce many special menus that will only be available from time to time, which certainly makes it interesting!
The intimate interior of this restaurant can only accommodate about eight diners at a time, so it’s a must to make a reservation beforehand. However, you might need to book as early as two months in advance.

If you’re here for the first time, you can start by trying out their crowd-favourite pasta: the Carbonara Classic Cream Sauce and Mushroom Ragout Gnocchi.
Apart from the pasta, their Tomato & Beef Polpetta Risotto is also receiving a lot of hype! The restaurant can get pretty hectic during peak hours, so book ahead.

Natalina is a modern Roman cuisine restaurant on Avenue K and one of the most high-end places on this list. Their menu offers a wide variety of dishes, from appetisers to main courses and desserts. However, this restaurant is mostly known for its amazing pastas and pizzas.
Some of the most raved-about pasta include their Fettuccine Al Porcini (pasta ribbons with porcini mushrooms, truffle paste, and Roman pecorino) and Rigatoni Alla Norcin (tube pasta with minced lamb and button mushrooms).
