Regardless of your race, religion, age, gender, or social upbringing, viruses do not discriminate. And you can best believe that the Covid-19 coronavirus is not about to make any exceptions for anyone, as it continues to infect masses across the globe. This is especially true of Europe, where Italy, the new epicentre of the viral outbreak, has seen some of the worst numbers of deaths from the coronavirus.
As such, many countries have already closed off their borders and restricted travel to these stricken regions, including terrorist group ISIS. Yes, ISIS is telling its terrorists to stop traveling to countries afflicted by Covid-19, in case the terrorists themselves catch the virus.
In a report by the New York Post, the latest issue of ISIS’ official news outlet, al-Naba, includes a list of instructions and tips for terrorists who are possibly on the frontlines of the pandemic to “stay away from sick people,” while specifically mentioning that they should avoid traveling to areas that have been affected by the Covid-19 coronavirus.
They have also mentioned that “illnesses do not strike by themselves but by the command and decree of God.” and asks its followers to “flee from the lion” aka the Covid-19 coronavirus.
Despite dwindling numbers that still remain, ISIS still maintains an active presence in a number of regions within Iraq and Syria, the former of which has already reported 79 positive cases of Covid-19 and eight deaths.
