How far are you willing to travel to satisfy your food cravings? For Hong Kong director and actor, Chapman To, he is willing to fly over 2,000 kilometres!
Well, that’s what he really did recently as he was willing to take a flight to Malaysia just so he could have his favourite fried chicken in Ipoh, Perak.
Chapman took to Facebook to gush about his favourite dish, as he captioned his post,
“Just for this fried chicken, I am back!”
He also uploaded a couple of photos of the fried chicken he had. A brief translation of his post reads,
“So succulent, even the chicken breast can be so tender, it is really out of this world.”
Another photo he uploaded shows a beeline of people who were queuing up for the same dish he was craving. Referring to this picture, he said,
“I don’t mind dying fat,” before adding the hashtag “so many are lining up and growing fat together with me”.
Netizens quickly joined in with his enthusiasm.
“I haven’t eaten! Quick! Post the address!” said one.
“Damnnn, next time bring me too,” another hungry netizen wrote.
Answering the netizen’s question, Chapman linked this location (Kedai Makanan Canning Garden) as the place he visited to get the fragrant and crispy fried chicken. So, if you’re keen on checking it out, take note of these deets:
