Dating life is no joking matter. In a way, you’re choosing your life partner who will be the parental figure to your children in the future. What happens when your other half is still not taking his life direction seriously when it’s long overdue for him to take responsibility?
A Malaysian woman who is currently pursuing her studies in PhD recently took to social media and lamented about her partner, whom she thinks might be the wrong person.
A 30-year-old Rempit who is still having fun out there
The woman “succumbed” to the fact that despite having a high academic qualification, she is not smart enough to make a wise decision in her love life.
“I’m stupid when it comes to love life. My boyfriend enjoys being a rempit and partying.”
Unfortunately, that is just the tip of the iceberg. The woman also said that her partner has no savings at his age.
“I’ve told him to save up for our marriage. The thing is, he does not have savings.”
The crisis, unfortunately, doesn’t end with financial and lifestyle issues. The woman added that she had to beg for the bare minimum.
“I had to beg for his time. He got tired just spending 10 minutes with me but he could hang out for hours when he was with his peers,” the woman expressed.
The woman is currently stuck in the situation and clueless about the next step in the relationship, unsure how to deal with the connection.
Do you think it’s too late for the man to turn over a new leaf, or there’s still time to start over?
