If there’s one thing that everyone, Malaysians and foreigners alike, love, it’s free stuff.
Hence, one can imagine the joy others would feel upon seeing a pick-up truck decorated with free items anyone could take at anytime!
The Wetchayany TikTok page shared a video showcasing the pick-up truck, from the northern province of Chiang Rai, Thailand. The truck features a variety of items stuck to it, from face masks to candies and snacks, with a sign that says ‘Grab it for free’! That’s certainly a way to brighten everyone’s day!
Wetchayany wrote, “You are very kind! Chiang Rai is great!”
In the video, the pick-up truck is stopped at a traffic light, where does waiting for the light to turn could be seen running up to the vehicle and taking the free items.
Netizens have since praised the pick-up truck owner for their generosity towards the general public
“You don’t have to know what the driver’s name is. Just knowing that they have compassion is enough.”
“Very cute and impressive. Good people are hard to find, with a generous mind like this.”
“Seeing this makes people happy. The recipients are happy. The audience is happy.”
