Despite being the fastest mode of transport, airplanes in recent times have been extremely prone to delays, much to the disappointment of Malaysians.
It can often be very disappointing when you have all your travels plan laid out only to all be ruined with a delay on the part of the airlines.
The frequency of delays has unfortunately led to it being a norm now in Malaysia. Recently in a TikTok video which has since gone viral, a little girl shared exactly the same sentiment we have towards airlines due to all the delays.
In what appeared to be a BM assignment, she was tasked to label if various modes of transportation and animals either go slowly or fast. In the task, the list of modes of transportation and animals included a tiger, a snail, a car, a bicycle and an airplane.
The video showed that the girl scored 96 out of a 100 simply because the only question she got wrong was that she had labelled that planes are slow!
When questioned on why she had answered that way, the girl went on to share about the time when they had to wait for hours due to a flight delay.
“It’s slow because we had to wait for hours and hours.”
The caption of the video reads. “It’s the trauma for me. That was her first ‘delayed’ flight from Kuching to Penang for our family gathering in Taiping. Hence, the reason why she said that it is a slow machine.”
Super relatable!
The video has since gone viral and garnered over 241,900 views. Plenty of netizens were amused by the video and commended her justification behind her answer.
“She needs to argue with her teacher because she makes sense in this matter.”
A user said, “She makes sense. The feeling of taking a flight feels long. I’m on her side.”
Another user commented, “In a way, she’s smart. She calculated the total amount of time needed to take each mode of transportation.”
