Malaysian actress Rozita Che Wan, who is facing bankruptcy, had another debt to worry about – RM7,000 that she spent to install artificial grass outside her house.
Apart from her MARA loan, which is worth nearly RM1 million, Rozita need not worry about her RM7,000 debt anymore – her friend has settled the debt and paid the full amount to the contractor himself.
The contractor, Bani Rahman, shared the matter via his Facebook post as a token of appreciation for Rozita’s friend, Anas, who helped settle the debt, which Bani claimed had been left unpaid since last year.
“This is truly a true friend. I’ve never met a friend like this before; it’s not easy to find such a good friend. He helped Rozita discreetly and when she needed help.”
Bani also shared the conversation with Anas, who reached out to him discreetly to pay Rozita’s debt.
Despite being offered to pay RM2,000 less, Anas chose to pay the full payment.
Bani also thanked Anas for settling the debt, as the former plans to use the money to perform the pilgrimage in Mecca.
In a deleted post, Bani said that he had done the basic work of installation for the artificial grass but was surprised when Rozita called another company to install the grass at her house.
It is understood that Rozita gave the excuse that the artificial grass was sponsored by the company involved. Bani also claimed that the Malaysian actress did not entertain his request for the salary of his labour, including the cost of back-and-forth travel from Malacca.
