The Movement Control Order has put a pause on the Malaysian schooling system as we’re all aware of, going to school is already a mass gathering. All major exams have been postponed to next year and online classes have ensued now.

However, today, people have been sharing news that Form Five and Form Six students were expected to return to school next month. This news was even covered by a few media portals.

BUT, the news has since been proven fake by the Ministry Of Education itself.

They said that if there were to be any new updates will come from the Ministry itself.

Any changes are based on the Health Ministry (KKM) and also the National Security Council (MKN). The Education Ministry will make an announcement two weeks prior to the schooling session and teachers have also been instructed to return to their school for some early preparation.

So, if someone is telling you that students are expected to return to school, you can let them know that it’s only fake news!
