We’ve all received our share of scam calls from people claiming to be from the court or TNB, asking for your banking details over the phone. These people are just out there to make a quick buck while wrecking other people’s lives. This guy in Selangor was not after the money though, he’s in the scam game for the phone sex.

According to The Star, a 39-year-old man from Terengganu who was posing as a doctor was arrested for allegedly making inappropriate phone calls to women.

The man was arrested on 9th July in a hotel in Klang. He preyed on women who did pre-marital health checks at several health institutions.

It is said that this man would first call up the victims, pretending to be a doctor. Then he would break the “bad news” to them by saying that according to the results, they had cancer, blood problems, etc. He would then ask them to lie on their sides, touching their genitals while moaning.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat said that they are investigating how the suspect got the phone numbers, and added that the man has 2 previous records of gang robbery and causing hurt with a weapon.

Oh no, we hope that actions will be taken on this guy as he clearly is a danger to the society. Remember to NOT answer calls from strange-looking numbers and just put down calls that you suspect are scams! Stay safe guys!
