Political activist and graphic artist Fahmi Reza has been on the road the past week or so, visiting different states and hosting physical classes of his #KelasDemokrasi in various universities around the nation.

The majority did not turn out great due to troubles with the management of the various universities.

Fahmi was supposed to have his talk at a public university in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan on Wednesday (November 16), however, it was quickly halted by the authorities.

However, it appeared that he would not have to deal with more trouble in Kelantan as a kind soul had kindly offered for Fahmi to use his hall for free.

Taking to Twitter, Fahmi shared a DM he received from the hall owner. In the DM to Fahmi, the hall owner wrote, “I have a hall that can fit 500 pax, and I was informed that you’re in Kota Bharu. I give you permission to use it for free tonight.”

Thanks to the kind soul who offered his hall for free, Fahmi managed to conduct his class democracy without any troubles, even though the police were there to monitor the situation.

What a kind soul!

The post by Fahmi where he shared the DM he received went viral. Netizens praised the hall owner for his selfless act.

“God bless the donor! Come on people of Kelantan. Equip yourself with knowledge on democracy. You have an important role in GE15.”

“It is clear that the rakyat want to know more and are supportive. Well done to the brother who sponsored the hall,” commented another user.
