On 1 November, a gruesome murder happened in Terengganu.

The body of a 19-year-old teen girl was found by her younger sister in their home. She had suffered multiple stabs on her body and her left wrist was detached.

The most painful thing is that her bed-ridden mother diagnosed with brain cancer could only watch while the murder unfolded.

In a report by Awani, the Terengganu police have detained the deceased’s ex-classmate when she was giving her statement. The police found that her statement was very suspicious.

The main suspect said that she went to the victim’s house on 1 November.

“The suspect and the victim talked in the living room before a misunderstanding happened. They struggled for awhile before the suspect took a knife that was in the living room.”

The Hulu Terengganu Deputy Superintendant said that they found some of the deceased’s possessions such as her phone, cash and cosmetics with the suspect.

After the police checked the body of the suspect, they saw multiple injuries such as bites marks on different parts of her body.

This case will be investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

We hope that justice will prevail.
