We all know by now, that people will do all it takes to avoid the spread of Covid-19.

With numbers bordering the thousands, one cannot be blamed for wanting to take extra precaution while others are ensconced safely at home.

One e-hailing driver did just that by creating his own version of Covid-19 protection, to stop the spread of Covid-19.

Taking to Twitter, @SharaadKuttan shared his experience.

In his tweet, @SharaadKuttan writes, “Hermetically sealing off driver/passenger but managing the airconditioning as well.”

On a positive note, despite attempting to completely seal the shared airspace between the passenger and driver, creature comforts such as the air-conditioning are not forgotten.

Netizens commenting on the post, however, were far from impressed at what took place.

One netizen commented that it was a bad idea, to begin with, keeping in mind that should a traffic collision occur, plastic pipes could become a dangerous projectile.

“Better to let air just flow in when turning on the air-conditioning as passengers will be wearing face masks too.”

To us, the idea is kinda unique, and, maybe based on the driver’s own research and development process. Kudos for trying!
