Food delivery riders have been the saviour of SO many people who are “cooking-challenged”. Ever since the MCO, food delivery services were allowed but only till 8pm and subsequently 10pm in the CMCO.

In his latest press conference today, Defence Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri, announced that food delivery services will now be allowed to operate till 12am.

This came after his announcement yesterday where he said that all restaurants, mamaks as well as convenience stores will be allowed to operate until 12am as long as they obey SOPs.

While this news is definitely greeted with open arms by Malaysians, always remember to practice social distancing and opt for contactless delivery.
