Recently, videos of an incident which happened at the famous Damansara car boot sale went viral on social media.
According to videos shared by members of the public, a dead body was found inside a parked car in a parking lot near Kota Damansara.
Reports indicate that the body had been inside the car for approximately 3 to 4 days and that visitors had initially mistaken the bad smell as the scent of animal waste.
It was said that the figure was already bloated when discovered.
“There was an unmistakable foul odour, initially confused for animal faeces, wafting from a considerable distance. Soon after, a person lying down, resembling a swollen balloon was spotted.”
In a video shared on TikTok, onlookers claimed that a copy of the deceased’s IC was posted on the dashboard of the car along with a note that allegedly said, “Please call my brother or my sister.” Some people claim that the incident appeared to be a suicide.
