You know how we were told not to stay in an idle but running car for too long, lest we get subjected to breathing in the smoke and fumes? Well, with EVs, that certainly seems like a problem of the past.

On 28 September, we checked out an unusual 24-hour livestream challenge @ Plaza Arkadia hosted by Leapmotor Malaysia: to challenge three influencers (KOLs) to live in an EV SUV for 24 hours straight! It’s a fun little game to not only see our favourite content creators duke it out in the car, but also a chance to sneak a peek at the various features of the new Leapmotor C10

How was the challenge like? Read on to find out!

1. E-xtraordinary challenge accepted

Leapmotorkol Arkadia

Malaysian influencers Iman Kamil, Shawn Lee, and Muachiiii were the lucky trio who took part in Leapmotor Malaysia’s 24-Hour KOL Challenge, which began at 10AM on Saturday. But there’s a twist: they had to fulfil multiple major and mini-challenges to earn points while confined in the car. The winner is the one who has the most points by the end of the live stream!

Broadcasted live on Leapmotor Malaysia’s YouTube channel, the event saw netizens tuning in to watch (and ‘referee’) the challenge unfold in real-time — no chance for trickery ah! After all, this is a serious challenge with 10 obstacles that these Malaysians have to overcome, so of course have to referee lah.

Despite being confined to the car for an entire day, the trio didn’t have to rough it out as much as expected. Through the challenge, we get to witness how the Leapmotor C10 is equipped with an impressive amount of space and comfort, so challengers could transform their vehicle into a makeshift bedroom at night and sleep peacefully. But that didn’t mean the challenge was easy!

2. 5🌟 EV comfort all the way

Watching the 24-hour livestream challenge was definitely a nerve-racking, laugh-out-loud experience. We also couldn’t help but be intrigued by the wealth of features the Leapmotor C10 has. Based on what we saw, the Leapmotor C10 seems like the perfect EV for long trips and assisted-driving adventures. With an Advanced Driver-Assistance System equipped with features like traffic jam assistance mode, driver drowsiness and attention warning, and advanced driver distraction warning, this EV SUV has it all for worry-free road trips.

Or if you’re an adventure-seeking outdoorsy-type of driver who likes camping, you won’t need to bring a tent with the Leapmotor C10 – simply turn on Camp Mode and turn your car into a cosy tent, with ambient lighting, an immersive sound system, and seats that can be folded flat. (Mmmmm~) It’s even ergonomically designed to prevent back pain, so it’s great for sleeping AND long driveshint: slide open the panoramic sunroof for the ultimate experience!

For those of you with families to take care of (especially babies and toddlers), you will surely appreciate the 7-layer 3D ergonomic silicone leather seats. Easy to clean (no crumbs or spills are safe), non-toxic and oh so comfortable, no one would be leaving the car anytime soon.

Ever worried about your car running out of battery while on the road? Fear not, as the Leapmotor C10 comes equipped with a portable rechargeable battery, and its fast charge feature helps boost your car’s battery from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.
