The best part about shopping online is the anticipating of when your package arrives at your doorstep.

But, what if the package not only doesn’t arrive, but you also have to brave through a HUGE MESS to look for it yourself?

That’s apparently exactly what happened at a warehouse of a courier service, as showcased by Abudi Alsagoff on his Twitter page.

He wrote, “It is said that this happened at Lemal (Kelantan). The photo was shared by a servant of Allah. In this case, the customers have came up with a pact to search for each other’s parcels.”

The picture displays the insanely messy scene at the courier service’s warehouse, where customers could be seen rummaging through the heaps of clutter in order to locate their packages.

Some of them even decided to take a seat out of exhaustion from the state of disorder.

Netizens have since shared their disappointment over the courier service allowing outsiders to enter the warehouse as they fear that the customer will take whatever packages they want, including the ones that don’t belong to them.

Package 3

“Stupid or what, bringing outsiders in to look for things. The small items, they can grab and take them back.”

Package 4

“If the ones who are looking are not honest, they’ll take all of other people’s things.”

Package 5

“Don’t other items go missing if customers are allowed to take packages themselves like this?”

Package 6

“Do they put expensive packages in the same place? Because it’s easy to lose it if they just allow everything.”

We genuinely hope that the customers rummaging through the mess only take the packages that belong to them, and that the courier service improves the management of their warehouse and delivery services.
