The Covid-19 patient who allegedly ran away from the Penang Hospital has been found and was arrested in front of the Bayan Lepas police station in the middle of the night (16 November), reported Info Roadblock JPJ/POLIS.
Previously, the 23-year-old man was undergoing treatment at the hospital and was found missing at about 3.20pm on 15 November.
The man clad in a white shirt had even taken off his pink wristband and left it on his bed.
Penang Police Chief Datuk Sahabudin Abd Manan when contacted confirmed receiving a report regarding the incident and began an active search for the man.
