She turned to the internet for suggestions

The bride shared that she preferred giving out small items like bags or drinks, while her partner was leaning towards food, saying it was more practical.

Since they couldn’t agree on a gift, she turned to the internet for help and asked netizens for suggestions.

Her post quickly gained traction, but one comment in particular stood out when a netizen suggested giving out Maggi Kari instant noodles.

One of the guests started eating straight from the packet

Since the groom is Malaysian, the couple thought Maggi Curry would make a fun and fitting door gift for their wedding.

The bride shared that during the wedding, even before the host could explain how to eat the noodles, one guest had already torn open the pack and started munching on it dry.

Many netizens loved the idea, calling it both creative and practical, with some even saying the noodles were a perfect nod to Malaysian culture.
