It seems that there are so many concerts happening in South East Asia this year and the next. It is not only acts like Coldplay or Taylor Swift but also Sid Sriram and Aaron Kwok to name a few.
Just recently, a hawker stall selling kuey teow soup had gone viral for their cute sign. According to Sin Chew Daily, this hawker stall is located in Sungai Nibong on Penang island.
As some customers did not know that the stall was closed, they went there and saw a sign saying:
“Appointment with Aaron Kwok, rest for three days (23/6 – 25/6), business as usual on Tuesday (27/6)!”
With their break being on “hot business days” such as Friday and the weekend, netizens can’t help but marvel at the stall owner’s dedication as a fan.
“This is a loyal fan!”
“It’s worth it, there’s nothing more important than seeing your childhood idol.”
“My teacher cancelled our class because she went to Jay Chou’s concert.”
“It’s totally fine to close shop for a few days to attend your idol’s concert.”
Would you have done the same for a concert that you have been anticipating? Let us know in the comments.
