Gender reassignment surgery is a serious medical procedure that should only be attempted by professional medical personnel. This young man from Hangzhou, China, wanted to be a woman really badly but he decided to perform the surgery in his home, on his own instead.

The surgery didn’t go as well as expected obviously and 25-year-old Xiao Sun was sent to the emergency ward of the hospital because his bleeding would not stop. Doctors were shocked when they took off his pants and found that his testicles were missing.
Chinapress reports that the doctor’s first reaction was to ask Xiao Sun where had he placed the missing organs as they still had hope of reattaching them if it was done within six hours but the answer he got stunned him. That’s because Xiao Sun said that he had thrown away his testicles in the toilet bowl and flushed them away. OMG.

He said, “I do not want to be a man. I want to be a woman.”
It appears that Xiao Sun decided to perform the surgery on himself because it was difficult to get it done in the hospital. He learnt the procedures through videos he found online and prepared all the necessary paraphernalia for his surgery such as anesthetics, scalpel and clamps for the fateful day.

In his original plan, he never thought that he would need to go to the hospital but after he had cut off his testicles, the left side wouldn’t stop bleeding so he had no choice but to seek professional medical help.
Thankfully, doctors were able to stabilise his condition and stitched up his wound to stop the bleeding. After Xiao Sun regained consciousness, he begged the doctors to allow him to undergo gender reassignment surgery and said, “I am a woman, please let me be a woman.”
