10. 30 Nights of Stray, Ipoh Perak

If you ever find yourself in Ipoh and wanting to adopt a pet then please, PLEASE visit this heartwarming café. The founder of this café is Choon Kit, an animal rescuer dedicated to helping stray cats and dogs. Inspired by a unique pet café in Taiwan and determined to rescue as many animals as he can, he brought a similar concept to Ipoh as “30 Nights of Strays.”

Visitors here can spend time with the animals and if they grow fond over one they can choose to adopt a new pet! But due to  animal protection limitations, the cats and dogs at “30 Nights of Strays” can only be housed in the café for a month (hence the name!)

Choon Kit’s vision is to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for these remarkable animals while providing a safe haven for them during their transitional period. Who knows? Maybe your next companion is waiting for you in Ipoh!

Operating Hours: Closed on Monday. Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm – 9pm
