BREAKING: M'sia Covid-19 Cases Soar Past 500 With 125 New Cases; 95 From Sri Petaling Gathering - WORLD OF BUZZ 2

In a recent report released by the Ministry of Health, it has been reported by Oriental Daily and Astro Awani that as of 12 noon today (16th March 2020), the total number of positive Covid-19 cases in Malaysia has officially risen beyond 500.

According to Minister of Health Dr Adham Baba, the current total of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Malaysia is at 553, with 125 new cases reported. 95 of these new cases reported today can be traced back to the Sri Petaling Mosque gathering.

As of now, there have still yet to be any mentions of lockdowns in Malaysia by state or federal governments.

Given this increase that now breaches beyond the 500 mark, it is advisable that everyone take the necessary precautions to avoid from being infected!
