We are very sure that you know at least one person around you who hates taugeh (beansprouts) with a passion and will remind you every single time they can.
Well, if you’re one of those people, then maybe this article is not for you, but if you don’t hate it as much and are willing to try eating it again, then please stay on.
Homegrown local burger brand myBurgerLab has introduced a new burger, and this time, it’s a little controversial as it comes smothered with taugeh!
It seems that this idea had probably come from an interaction with ChatGPT, or maybe… it was in the works even beforehand.
All things aside, the beansprout burger, Taukeh Ipoh, will not only sport a bed of taugeh, but there will also be cabbage in the mix for some vege crunch. It is paired with a free chicken thigh coated with their in-house General Tso Sauce and topped with some Tangy Mayo.
If you cannot get over the taugeh, fear not, as you can go for their other burger in the series, the Taukeh Tso Burger. Instead of the taugeh, they’ll just put in a fresh pineapple ring and some shredded lettuce.
The burgers will only be available from 22 January to 29 February and will be served at all myBurgerLab outlets.
This is a very unique burger, and we are looking forward to trying it!
